The Venezia Lamps

Created for Louis Vuitton in Venice, these table lamps are worked entirely in mica — the mineral split and laid by hand into warm bronze mosaics. Lit from within, the stone turns translucent and the whole surface glows like embers.

Each lamp is one of a kind: no two leaves of mica split the same way, so the pattern of light belongs to that piece alone.
